Customer Care Representative

Customer Care Representative FT M-F 8am - 5pm

Solid, established company in North Carolina seeks a friendly, outgoing, positive person with 3-5 years of customer service experience and the ability to build rapport with customers and sales representatives to ensure their satisfaction. 

Job Description and Responsibilites:

  • Responsible for accurately processing assigned orders throughout all phases of order cycle and team productivity
  • Effectively communicate with customers via e-mail, telephone, and fax regarding status of orders, claims, prices, availability of stock and product information
  • Work with cross-functional teams concerning promotions, product information, shipment dates, and special customer requirements
  • Assist in new procedures and controls as required
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail in regards to product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's issues; determine the cause of the issue; select and explain the best solution to solve the issue; expedite correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain and update customer account information

Education:
