    Upon applying, we’ll ask you to send us the following:

    ✓ RESUME
    Include at least your past 7-year history; you’re welcome to include beyond that! Be sure to include explain any gaps.


    ✓ REFERENCES
    These should be from supervisors and include phone and email.

    ✓ LICENSE
    Send a photo or scan or your License Number so we can verify online.

    ✓ CPR
    Send a photo or scan of BLS, or any advance certifications you have.

    ✓ PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
    A photo ID from a reliable source, such as a Driver’s License or Passport.

    ✓ NEGATIVE TB (PPD)
    This should be dated within 1 year of start. Or, a TB questionnaire and current clear chest X-ray.

    ✓ FLU VACCINATION (IF ANY)

    ✓ COVID-19 VACCINATION CARD

  • Depending on your role, you’ll be asked to complete a skills inventory and/or competency test. No big deal, you’ve got this!

  • Once we verify your credentials and get an agreement of a few facilities that are a good match, you’ll need to complete the following:

    HEALTH DOCUMENTS
    You’ll receive a separate request for any additional pre-employment health requirements, as directed by client or state health guidelines.

    BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREEN
    You’ll receive an email from WorkSprint’s designated background provider to complete your background check and a 10-panel drug screen.

  • You’ll get an invitation from us inviting you to our app, payroll/direct deposit set up, Employee Handbook, harassment training, and more.
